The idyllic garden of the small Historic Hotel Chesa Salis in the picturesque Bever near St. Moritz is 6,000 square meters. Enough space to slow down and breathe deeply, let your gaze wander and consciously observe the colors of nature. The garden offers many places of retreat: secluded benches in the shade, hidden spots for strolling, and generously distributed sun loungers for sunbathing.
A highlight is the garden restaurant. There is nothing like having breakfast in this green oasis. BBQs are also held here occasionally in summer. Many of the herbs and spices come directly from the raised beds, which the chef personally prepares and cares for. Uwe Schmidt also grows salads further back in the garden. An integral part of his Artisan Gastronomy, which places value on seasonal, regional and uncontaminated food.
